Chronophobia - the fear of future

There was an idea I was long trying to establish... I wanted to know and memorize every type of phobia (fear) possible. I heard for several times people experiencing various types of fears, which is one of the obstacles what blocks us from attaining or achieving our goals.  And one of the the fears is called Chronophobia.

I am not here to talk about Chronophobia but to bring forth one of the crucial triggers it may cause and symptoms it might be spotted from:

1. Depression - since the fear is about the dread of future, it perhaps may be triggered by depression and anxiety as a person starts feeling lost, empty and worthless who would also feel like they are not going to recover although they'd try their best to cope.

2. Alexithymia - chronophobes undergo various physical and emotional symptoms. One of the important of the symptoms is not being able to express yourself clearly which is wearing that you maybe having feelings like running away, crying, shaking, or trembling. Sometimes, you may have overwhelming thoughts of death and dying.

Suggestions on how to manage

A. Future prediction: It seems inevitably possible to unmistakably predict the future because no one can foresee the future 100% right. We may be 99 percent correct in predicting the future, but all it takes is for that 1 percent to make a world of difference.

B. Time to getting off with tense times: Taking a deep breath and trying to find something to do to get your mind off of you anxieties and stresses would be possible solution to get through it. Scientists suggest that the tasks are going to be efficient and effective when you take a break and walk around the room.
