Chronophobia - the fear of future

There was an idea I was long trying to establish... I wanted to know and memorize every type of phobia (fear) possible. I heard for several times people experiencing various types of fears, which is one of the obstacles what blocks us from attaining or achieving our goals.  And one of the the fears is called Chronophobia.

I am not here to talk about Chronophobia but to bring forth one of the crucial triggers it may cause and symptoms it might be spotted from:

1. Depression - since the fear is about the dread of future, it perhaps may be triggered by depression and anxiety as a person starts feeling lost, empty and worthless who would also feel like they are not going to recover although they'd try their best to cope.

2. Alexithymia - chronophobes undergo various physical and emotional symptoms. One of the important of the symptoms is not being able to express yourself clearly which is wearing that you maybe having feelings like running away, crying, shaking, or trembling. Sometimes, you may have overwhelming thoughts of death and dying.

Suggestions on how to manage

A. Future prediction: It seems inevitably possible to unmistakably predict the future because no one can foresee the future 100% right. We may be 99 percent correct in predicting the future, but all it takes is for that 1 percent to make a world of difference.

B. Time to getting off with tense times: Taking a deep breath and trying to find something to do to get your mind off of you anxieties and stresses would be possible solution to get through it. Scientists suggest that the tasks are going to be efficient and effective when you take a break and walk around the room.

Little Joke - Excerpts from Doctor Who

Throughout the episodes i've seen, i met with plenty sort of professional jokes as if they're written by comedians. Here are few

***
Racnoss trapped Donna and Lance in its web.
Racnoss: My golden couple. tell me, do you wanna be released?
Donna and Lance together, 'Yees!'
Racnoss: You're supposed to say, 'I do.' Say it!
Donna and Lance looking each other "I do." says Lance, so does Donna 'I do.'
Racnoss with a weir voice and laugh, 'I.... don't'
***

***
Doctor: you've been dosed with Huon energy. And it didn't exist for a long time. TARDIS has got it (huon energy) in her heart.  See, that's what happened. Reckon (holding a mug) this is TARDIS and that's  (picking a pencil with his left hand) you. Particles inside you activated. And the particles inside you magnetised with TARDIS's. In the end you were pulled up inside the TARDIS
she stairs at the Doctor, shockingly.
Donna: I'm a pencil inside a mug

Doctor Who Season 3, Episodes 10-13

Hi there, i wonder myself how i could spare time for things i really wanna do. For example, i truly want to watch the Doctor. Currently, I watch the Doctor Who Episodes in a row without slowing down. Literally, i wasn't able to make things on time until i met someone, someone who brought me out from my teeny weeny universe.

You know who the Doctor is? He is the man who is the source of hope. A man who is more than brave, the one who saved people's lives so many times and they (people) never even knew it was him. Yet, he was glad to keep that quiet. Significantly, he never stops, he never stays. He is not satisfied no matter how much he devotes, sacrifices himself and gives a hand to humanity. Remarkably, he never asks to be thanked.

Everyone would be in tears when you see the scene where Martha welcomes the death with a smile. It was the time where time stopped, hope died, light's off, no sign of anything to give her another chance to breathe, yet she was there and smiling, not like a facade, but truly real one.

There's people who would think themselves as a god and us as their slaves. Let them know that one thing they can't do is 'You can't stop them thinkin'' @Doctor. And they can't control our freedom. We can't live without it.

After all, what the Master had done (all bad things) to the Doctor, he (the Doctor) forgave him.

Finally, it is not the time that matters, it is a person. Many of us wish we could have an eternal life. What if all the things you have to see is to watching how your loved ones are fading away one by one. How hardly unbearable pain must it be!

Doctor Who Season 3, Episode 8 & 9, Human Nature & Family of Blood

heellloooo my dear readers. great to see you again. I've been suggested to watch the TV Show Doctor Who. I am seeing season already. There's couple things i wanted to share you about the episodes eight and nine, season three.

First things first, first time ever i've seen the Doctor turns to a real human nature (being). Suddenly, i noticed that the feeling of gratefulness of being a human being. I could've been sent to this wildly world as somethin' else besides a human. Have you also turned your attention to how Doctor was so glad for being a human being, although he knew that he wouldn't be living an eternal life. Is this why some of us are afraid of death, coz we don't what's beyond it?

oh, btw, anyone would hit down below on comment on how to treat and act someone special specially as well as fly right, coz i truly love to make them feel special and unique but it happen to be like i act them as everyone else. That sucks.

Let's get back to our main discussion topic, what was i about to talk on?! oh, yea. There's was a Family of Blood as a villain of the episode (8-9). It reminded of a Bloody Mary when one of the fam of blood (sister) has been trapped inside the mirror. You might know about the legend of the bloody Mary, a century old story. She appears in the mirrors, a howling woman drenched in blood. She will come to life when you call her name when you are alone inside the room where there's a mirror, dark place,  lit with kindles.

Daughter of Mine (sister) from Family of blood prisoned inside the mirror. Therefore, as Doctor stated, anytime we see, or hallucinate, someone in the mirror where there shan't be anyone indeed, it is most probably tend to be her, a girl with fade face and sad look. Now i wonder if she and Bloody Mary get to talk each other or somethin'? idk

Notes:
Family of blood: green and gaseous creatures that can get inside the human body and control the body. However, they have very short lifespan, would perish only in three months if they don't inhabit inside the human body, like mayflies. Additionally, they have got increasingly incredible sense of odor which helped them to tracking the Doctor, his special scent

Survey - what is s asurvey?

Hi sincere readers. Recently, I was asked to do a presentation about the 'Survey', a way of collecting information from individuals.
Have you ever been grabbing a chair in a Philosophy class or in a public place, and a person with a load of papers in his hand comes up to you out of blue and asks if you have few minutes to talk then you will have likely been asked to take part in a survey? What's a survey? Why survey is conducted? what are types of a survey if there's any?

What's a survey?
Antecedently, a term 'survey' briefly means collecting the data. A survey is the method of gathering information from individuals who are called participants, because the researcher is interested in the opinions of participants about a particular topic. Eventually, it happens when a researcher asks a number of questions, all have to be relavent with the issue though,to find answers. Therefore, when we are conducting a survey, we would like to make sure we are asking questions that sill collect accurate, reliable and useful information. For instance, I want to collect an information on the quality of education in electronic device (ED) administered schools (using ED in schools are allowed) with schools where electronic device non-administered (bringing ED to school is strictly prohibited). I write questions before I conduct my study, e.g. Are you allowed to use ED during the class time? What are you using ED in class for? What if ED is restricted in school premises, would you be still be able to do similar things you were doing with ED? (e.g. instead, you could go to internet cafe if you need internet connection)

Why is survey conducted?
Additionally, by conducting a survey you know more about the age, race, sex, ethnicity, and so on of a particular topic. Technically, in survey research, instruments that are utilized can be i
either questionnaire (structured) or an interview (non-structured).
Questionnaire is a series of written questions

Book Review - Don't You Forget About Me, Alexandra Potter

One of the precious book I have ever read. Glamorously, this book was suggested by her to her friend. Her friend was heartbroken and thought this book would help her get through this tough time. She gave her friend this book, at the same time she never left her. She always was at her elbow, accompanying her through her difficult times. How I got this book? Well, she didn't wanna read and asked me to lend my book to her (It's funny and embarrassing I don't remember the name of the book). Literally, I accepted the treaty XD. Glad I had agreed on switching the books. Basically, I've got some quotes to share. Don't worry, I will try not to spoil by giving eye-catching words and quotes.

First things first, you will be facing with the disease called Alzheimer's while reading. Just in case I will drop the link for you to check what Alzheimer's (difficulty in remembering, memory problem) is.

Never try to forget or erase bad and painful memories from memory- 'You need both sun and rain to make a rainbow ' @Gramps

'If you love someone, your heart will always remember them. Even  if the mind doesn't, the heart never forgets' @Tess

'It's never late to try to put something right' @Fergus

'Life is like a dance. Such fun, but sometimes you get tired and forget the steps. Then it's time to take a rest" @Cécelie (French Lady)

... and stand still and move on where you left off.

Movie Review - Doctor Who, S1, E 1 & 2

umpteenth times of 'hello' dear my readers. Previously, I promised you to tell you a following movie title I was going to see. It is 'Doctor Who'. Incredibly informative tv series to see if you would want to catch up with me. After two episodes had been completed, i decided to write Review about the TV series. especially, sharing scripts and important quotes would primarily be taken in to account. Thanks to her again. She is just amazingly brilliant. It was her to suggest me this TV show.

first of all, I love it, Doctor Who series. Humans are the enemies of an Earth 🌏. We say and claim we are gonna safe this world together. No, no need. thanks for your company. but, we got its expert. let them do their job. It's certainly not a HUMAN being. Earth itself soothes its problems and sores if we don't burn the plastic, throw them away by not recycling. For instance, in United States it's plastic consumed more than other products, yet only 8% of it gets recycled.

All in all, I will be sharing quotes, funny phrases, or even dialogues that sparks my interest.
hope you all enjoy the rest of the week splendidly
